What data we collect

When you request a quote through the form on this site we collect: your name, email, phone number, type and date of the event, location, number of guests, your role (couple, wedding planner, company…), how you prefer to be contacted and the message you write. We also record the page from which you sent the request and, where present, the advertising campaign parameters (utm, gclid).

To protect the form from spam we keep, for one hour, an encrypted code (hash) derived from your IP address: your IP address itself is never stored in plain text.

If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we process the data you send us through that channel.

Why we use your data and on what legal basis

• Replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Organising the show if you confirm: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Anonymous visit statistics with Google Analytics 4: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie preferences.

We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it to third parties.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise for contracts concluded.

Who can see it

• Daniela Esposito and the members of the association who organise the shows.
• Aruba S.p.A., which provides the website hosting and email service.
• Google Ireland Ltd, only if you consent to Google Analytics.
• WhatsApp Ireland Ltd (Meta group), if you choose to write to us on WhatsApp.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to it or receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to daniela@sorrentofolk.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
